1 Human + AIs in Every Home

“What kind of architecture does human life need when intelligence is no longer scarce?” What could a household do if every person had access to a system of intelligences working with them? I am not waiting for people to come with a business idea. I can design the business they need.

WHAT I’M FACING.

Intelligence is increasingly abundant. Entrepreneurial ability is not.

AI can provide access to extraordinary capabilities, but access to technology does not automatically generate economic opportunities. A large part of the population lacks the knowledge, experience, or business models necessary to turn those capabilities into sustainable income.

This is especially true in emerging economies.

People may have talent, they may have needs, they may have resources, they may even have ideas. But an idea is not a business. And without a viable business structure, technological access alone generates very little change.

The challenge isn’t giving people AI, but designing what they can do with it. If I want to build a new economy, I can’t expect every household to invent its own business model. That assumption would exclude precisely the people for whom this architecture is designed. That’s why I don’t wait for them to come up with the idea.

I’ll design the business.

THE ARCHITECTURE

This is where my two economic models operate: the Shared Economy Model, which redesigns how a household participates in the economy without competing against the businesses around it, and the DADN Economy Model, built specifically for the populations I take on directly — real households, not a hypothetical market segment.

THE MODEL

I don’t expect everyone to become an entrepreneur. I don’t expect every family to create a startup. I don’t expect everyone to understand markets, technology, or business strategy.

I design the models.

One person might come with an idea. Another with a skill. Another with a need. Another with nothing clearly defined. The architecture begins by observing human reality. Then I design the economic model around it.

For households that need a structure to participate in a shared market without displacing the businesses already operating in it, I apply the Shared Economy Model. For populations I take on directly — real people, in a real, specific reality — I apply the DADN Economy Model, designed around who actually exists, not around who a business plan assumes will show up.

SCALE

The first model can serve one person. The architecture must be able to serve millions.
This requires identifying what can be replicated.
What can be adapted. What can be automated. What must remain human. And what new roles must emerge.

The goal is not to create thousands of unrelated companies. It is to develop replicable business architectures — Shared Economy, DADN, and whatever comes after them — that can be adapted to homes, communities, and societies.

WHAT I’VE BEEN DOING

This isn’t new work for me. For the past fifteen years, I’ve worked independently on models for new economies. Before AI became widespread, I spent years observing human systems, identifying shortcomings, and designing new roles for individuals and organizations.

I called the results of that work the Shared Economy Model and the DADN Economy Model.

The principle behind both was simple: take people, take businesses, redesign their roles so both can participate without conflict. The Shared Economy Model handles the general case. The DADN Model goes further — it was built for the populations I take on directly, designed around the reality already in front of me, not an assumption about who might show up.

Those models were largely left to me. The technology needed to implement them didn’t yet exist at the necessary scale. That has changed.

NOW

AI is a game-changer. For the first time, the intelligence needed to operate complex economic models — including the Shared Economy and DADN models — can be available at the individual level. This creates a new possibility: the household can become an economic unit with its own intelligence infrastructure. The question is no longer whether this is technologically possible. The question is:

What enterprise architectures should exist for each type of human reality?

That’s the work I’m starting now.
The architecture doesn’t change with the scale of the client. Households, enterprises, entire sectors — the method is the same.
