THE METHOD
I AM OBSERVATION, turning everything into my OBJECT, and in COLLAPSE I choose.
Quantum Design Thinking
The system Yanina Vallejos founded to materialize her visions. Human observation. Machine scale. Six moves, one flow.
From object to new reality.
Every system — company, industry, product, environment — passes through the same flow.
Observation
Everything created by humans can be transformed into an observable object. Companies, technologies, systems, products, infrastructures, operations, behaviors, and intelligence models. QDT begins by observing the object beyond its visible surface.
Object Conversion
Once observed, the system becomes an operational object. Its structure, dimensions, constraints, patterns, and hidden logic become visible. The object can now be measured, manipulated, and redesigned.
Dimensional Analysis
QDT explores the object across multiple possible states:
- Current reality
- Structural limitations
- Alternative configurations
- Future operational versions
The goal is not optimization. The goal is discovering what the system can become next.
Systemic Collapse
To create a new operational reality, previous structures must collapse. QDT identifies:
- Obsolete logic
- Operational friction
- Scalability barriers
- Intelligence limitations
- Structural inefficiencies
This creates the conditions for transformation.
Reality Reconfiguration
New operational architectures are generated. These may include:
- New business models
- Intelligent infrastructures
- Cognitive systems
- AI-native operations
- Future ecosystem structures
Future Version Design
QDT does not redesign only what exists. It designs future operational versions before they emerge. The result is a system prepared for intelligence, adaptation, and evolution.
What QDT is
Twenty-nine dimensions. One system.
Quantum Design Thinking is not a methodology. It is a system for designing how reality operates and evolves.
